Our team of psychologists, licensed professional counselors, and counselor interns are equipped and able to provide support through life’s challenging moments and transitions. We currently provide virtual therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, depression, imposter syndrome, career dissatisfaction, self-esteem, identity formation concerns or difficulty finding balance. Our team of Certified School Psychologists have over 11 years of experience supporting Pennsylvania school districts in: Adams County, Allegheny County, Dauphin County, Delaware County, Chester County, Lancaster County, Perry County, and Union County. We are happy to learn how we can support your district with overflow evaluations or sudden emerging needs for a school psychologist.

We provide psychological evaluations for those with ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities, and other conditions that affect your performance on timed, high-stakes exams. If reading speed, sustained attention, test anxiety, or processing difficulties make standardized testing harder than it should be, accommodations such as extended time may help you show what you know.
We evaluate for the LSAT, MCAT, state bar exam, GRE, GMAT, USMLE, FINRA, and university entrance exams. Each evaluation is built to the documentation standards of the reviewing body, whether LSAC, AAMC, ETS, GMAC, NBME, FINRA, or a state bar examiner.
Please note: Many boards require proof of identical or equivalent accommodations in a prior academic setting, such as an IEP, 504 plan, or college disability records. Please bring any past records to your appointment. Requirements vary by board and each testing organization makes its own decision, so we cannot guarantee approval.
Why We Exist
Our therapists are able to support:
Stress
Anxiety
Depression
We don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. We work collaboratively with each client to understand their individual experiences and goals. Our goal is not simply to help you "get through" the current problem, it's to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and practical skills that you can carry with you beyond therapy.
You don't have to figure everything out on your own. You may look like you have everything together while internally feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, fee I work with those who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, or the challenges that can come with neurodivergence. Together, we'll work to better understand what's happening, develop strategies that actually fit your life, and help you feel more capable of managing what comes next.
